We built this in a shop, not in a boardroom
Shopsitive started as the software behind Printizmo, a working print and promo business. Everything here exists because a real order needed it — not because it looked good on a roadmap.
One shop's problem turned out to be everyone's.
Printizmo ran the way most small shops run: a spreadsheet for prices, an inbox for quotes, an accounting package for invoices, a phone nobody could always answer, and a store that didn't know what the production floor was doing.
We built the missing middle — a customer's paperwork in one place, quotes that priced themselves, orders that became jobs. Then other shops in other trades asked for the same thing, and it became clear the middle was the product.
Shopsitive is that middle, sold on its own. Printizmo still runs on it, which is the only reference we care about.
Shop floor first
If it doesn't survive a busy Tuesday with the press running, it doesn't ship.
One system, many jobs
Quotes, orders and invoices run in one place, not three tools that email each other.
Your data stays yours
Invoices, payments and your catalog export today, in formats you can open without us.
AI where it earns its place
Answering the phone and capturing the enquiry. Not deciding how you run your business.
Where we are
Small team, one vertical live, more in progress.

- 2 in progress
Retail & catalog in early access, services & field ops exploring
- One core
Accounts, quotes, invoices, payments and the portal are shared, not forked per vertical
Talk to someone who's run a shop.
There's no sales team. You'll speak to whoever built the part you're asking about.
Come and break it.
The shops that push hardest in early access get the most say in what we build next.
