Do I have to pay for my crew?
No. Cleaners, technicians, drivers, installers, coaches, volunteers — anyone whose day is doing the work rather than running the office is never someone you pay for, with no cap. Field service is the capability we switch on for service shops: the office raises a job, assigns it to someone, moves it through a status and keeps notes on it. A crew-facing view, checklists, photo capture and signatures aren't built yet. What you pay for is the office: owner, admin, dispatcher, bookkeeper. Starter covers 2 of those, Growth 5, Pro 10, and any extra one is $15 a month.
Why isn't the AI receptionist just included?
Because every minute it talks costs us money, and a plan that pretends otherwise either gets withdrawn later or quietly caps you without saying so. It's $99 a month with 300 minutes, then 30¢ a minute — the same shape as your phone bill, and you can see it coming. Everyday AI inside the product — summarising a customer, drafting a follow-up, flagging what's unpaid — is a capability we switch on, and it isn't metered.
Are these prices final?
No. They're indicative while we're in early access, benchmarked against comparable per-shop tools rather than picked out of the air. We'll agree your terms with you in writing before anything is charged, and there's no subscription billing running today.
What do I actually get during early access?
All of it. Every early-access shop is on the full product — the tiers below describe how we intend to package it later, not what's switched on for you now.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Payments settle to your own Stripe account and we add no percentage on top of Stripe's own processing — your price doesn't move because you had a good month. If that ever changes it will be a line on a plan, not a surprise on a statement.
How do I start?
Request early access and we'll talk about your shop first. There's no self-serve signup and no card form, which is deliberate: we onboard shops one at a time while the product is this young.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, and that's a commitment rather than a plan feature. Invoices and payments export as CSV today, and your catalog and settings as a JSON backup — all formats you can open without us. Contact, order and quote exports are still to come, and we'd rather say so than let you find out later.
What if it isn't for me?
Then you export and you leave, and we'd rather find that out in week two than in year two. Nothing here is a long contract — there isn't one to sign yet.
